Nick P. Tootle, CPAPrincipal
Nick Tootle has been with the Firm since 1993 and is a Principal in the Audit department. He leads our Sarbanes-Oxley 404 team and has valued experience with both SEC and private companies. He has served clients in many industries, with a focused concentration in financial services. These financial services clients include broker-dealers, commodity brokers, investment advisors, and domestic and offshore investment companies (hedge funds).
Nick received his Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Florida International University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Florida. Other credentials include membership in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
