Founding and managing principal, with engagement responsibilities including audits, litigation services and securities practices. Graduated from the University of Florida, B.S.B.A., 1957; University Hall of Fame. Member of the AICPA, FICPA, frequent lecturer, qualified as an expert in United States District Court, Southern District of Florida, Northern District of Georgia, and Southern District of Michigan; Circuit Court, Broward County and Orange County, Florida; United States Bankruptcy Court; and arbitration. Employed with Kaufman, Rossin & Co. since 1962.
