Edward V. Gannon, MBA, ASA, CFFA
Principal
Ed Gannon has been with Kaufman, Rossin & Co. since 1994 and is a Principal in the Litigation department. He focuses on commercial and family law matters, including preparing lost profit calculations, performing forensic accounting procedures and preparing financial affidavits. Ed has been involved in over 100 commercial and 100 family law matters. His role includes development of forecasts, projections and models for a variety of industries, as well as business valuations. He became an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) of the American Society of Appraisers in 2005.
Ed has worked on restructuring of companies for financing purposes, company control and reporting to debt holders, and bankruptcy trustee reporting. Prior experience included forensic accounting related to internal fraud, and litigation support regarding lost profits and bankruptcy trustee reporting.
Ed earned his Master's from the University of South Florida, with a concentration in Finance, and his Bachelor's in Marketing/Management from Florida International University. He is a Member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, a Member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA) Valuation and Litigation Services Section and an Associate Member of the FICPA.
