Mike focuses his practice on business consulting, litigation consulting and business valuation. Mike provides his clients with a wide variety of consulting services relating to acquisition assistance, business planning and other engagements designed to assist them with critical management decisions. He concentrates his litigation consulting practice on economic damages, forensic accounting, complex accounting matters, eminent domain and business valuation. He joined the Firm's litigation consulting team after 19 years with Rachlin, Cohen & Holtz, where he served as Director of the Litigation Consulting Department and Quality Control Director for all valuation services. Additionally, Mike's experience includes audit, accounting and tax engagements for high net-worth individuals and entities in various industries including health care, manufacturing, distribution, real estate, franchising, municipalities and utilities.

Mike attended the University of Florida where he received his Bachelor's degree in Accounting. He is a CPA licensed in the State of Florida, holds the prestigious ABV valuation accreditation and is a Certified Fraud Examiner. He has given expert witness testimony before Judicial Circuits in Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Monroe and Polk Counties, the United States Bankruptcy Court and the United States District Court.
