Audit and litigation support principal Steve Berwick has extensive experience in lost profit calculations, commercial damage models, and expert witness testimony. He has testified in over 40 commercial litigation matters in the last ten years, and has qualified as an expert witness in various federal and state courts throughout the nation.

Steve leads the Firm's technology department, supporting the Firm's growth through innovations that meetthe needs of professionals and clients.

Steve is a member of the AICPA, and an active leader in the FICPA. He has served on the FICPA's Quality Review Committee; on the FICPA's Accounting Principles and Auditing Standards Committee, including two years as that committee's chairman; and on the Dade County FICPA Chapter's board of directors for two terms.

Mr. Berwick earned his B.B.A. in Accounting from Florida International University in 1974, and joined Kaufman, Rossin & Co. that year. He's a Florida-licensed CPA, a Certified Valuation Analyst, and a distinguished author and lecturer. He was named 2008 Technology Leader of the Year (CIO/CTO) by the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce.
