For years, my business partner Ken and I and Bobby Glick (Principal at Kaufman, Rossin) were personal friends who shared a common love of concerts and boating. Bobby and Ken were partners in the Contender boat that was docked out back at Ken's home. Bobby used to come over early on Saturday morning to wake Ken up to go out diving. And Bobby and I were concert going buddies sharing good times at local Dead shows and Jazz Fest. Of course we talked some business, but Teleswitch was a client at another firm.

Finally after 12 years, it was time for change and fresh eyes to view our business so we decided to come over to the K&R family. Since then we've grown from 12M to over 20 M in revenue. Over the course of the last 5 years, we've developed a great working relationship on top of our friendship. And since our initial relationship began as friends, Bobby really knows how the business affects our lives. His advice cuts through the purely business perspective and helps us make solid business and life decisions.

P.S: I ended up falling in love with Kathy - James Kaufman's daughter - and now we are married. Relationships do matter.
