Mike Moore

Director of Business Advisory Services

Mike Moore joined Kaufman, Rossin & Co. in 2011 as the Director of Business Advisory Services. Mike has over 26 years of experience in accounting, information management, and technology. As a partner with Deloitte & Touche, he has helped companies optimize their business operations through more effective use of people, process, and technology yielding reduced costs and increased profits.

Mike has more than a decade of experience in internal controls evaluations including integration of automated (IT) controls with business process/application controls, IT audit, and SAS 70 (service auditor reports). Using operational auditing techniques, he helps increase corporate efficiencies and profits. He has managed business process improvement projects to define and implement new process visions for clients; integrated centralized information with remote sites including international locations; and assisted in the selection and implementation of ERP, customer relationship management systems, and imaging technologies.

He is a graduate of the University of New Orleans and is a Certified Systems Professional and a Certified Information Systems Auditor. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Alliance, a Board Member of the YMCA of Greater Miami, a member of the Technology & Bioscience Committee of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the Miami Finance Forum.
