Business Valuation & Litigation Principal

James J. Reto has been with Kaufman, Rossin & Co. since 2000 and is a principal in the business valuation and litigation practice. 

Jim has nearly 30 years of accounting and income tax experience, including 15 years providing valuations for mergers, acquisitions, bankruptcy, commercial litigation, shareholder disputes, marital dissolution, purchase price allocation, goodwill impairment, income tax planning and reporting, and estate and gift tax planning and reporting. 

He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Florida, Accredited in Business Valuation by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and is an Accredited Senior Appraiser of the American Society of Appraisers. 

Jim earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Youngstown State University.
