Scott L. Goldberger, J.D.

Director of Estate & Trust Services

Scott L. Goldberger joined Kaufman, Rossin & Co. in 2012 as an estate and trust director in the Firm’s Boca Raton office.  Prior to joining the Firm, Scott spent 9 years practicing estate, trust and tax law with the South Florida or New York City offices of large, international law firms.

Scott's areas of expertise include developing and implementing sophisticated estate planning strategies, estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer taxation and asset protection planning.

Scott holds a Juris Doctorate degree from Georgetown University Law Center.  He received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Accounting, with a specialization in taxation, from the University of Florida.

Scott serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater Boca Raton Estate Planning Council and is a member of the Florida Bar and the New York Bar.
