Associate Principals

Libby Smith joined Kaufman, Rossin & Co. in 2003. She is an associate principal in the forensic, advisory and valuation services department.  Libby's expertise includes areas of business valuation, economic damages, lost profit and damages, business interruption claims, matrimonial matters as well as other areas of forensic accounting.

Libby has a variety of experience in business valuation including litigation cases, estate and gift tax matters, marital dissolution, buying/selling a business.

She is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Florida and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Business Valuation and Forensic Litigation Services Section, the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.

Libby graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor's degree in accounting.
