Forensic, Advisory and Valuation Services Manager

Marcela Varela has been with Kaufman, Rossin & Co. since 2000 and is a manager in the Forensic, Advisory and Valuation Services department.  Her responsibilities include computing economic damage elements such as lost profits, personal injury, wrongful death and employment law matters.

She performs business valuations in connection with estate and gift tax matters and assists in family law matters with the preparation of financial affidavits, child support guideline calculations, lifestyle analyses and asset division.

She is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.

Marcela attended Florida International University where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Finance/International Business and graduated Cum Laude.
