Broker Dealer AuditKaufman, Rossin has been providing audit, tax and consulting services to broker-dealers, both self-clearing and fully disclosed, since the late 1980s. These services have extended to broker-dealers under CFTC regulation as well as Futures Commission Merchants and Introducing Brokers.
We provide broker dealer clients with financial statement audit services, other regulatory reporting services, and tax services.
In addition, where SEC independence rules allow, we provide a complete array of consulting services for broker-dealers we do not audit. We can:
